The staff provided very friendly and helpful service! They took delivering customer service very seriously. Ashley, a front desk clerk, was very helpful and resolved all of our questions. We ended up staying in a nice room at a fair price.

the location was acceptable, near enough to the action.
The breakfast was quite disappointing. There were limited options. i found it frustrating that the gluten-free options were non-existent. My wife, who has celiac disease, couldn't eat anything. despite assurances, we essentially paid for a breakfast she couldn't enjoy.

I LOVED the location. It was super central. The staff were very friendly and helpful EVERY time. Nothing was too much trouble for them! The breakfast was reasonably priced and tasted great.
The soundproofing in the hotel IS quite poor. You can easily hear people talking in the hallways.

The reception staff offered EXCELLENT service, assisting with directions and luggage storage. They always greeted me with a smile. They provided quick responses to requests. I felt very welcomed. Their English proficiency was great.
